About CPF

This post of Assistant Commandant plays a crucial and vital role in CRPF. To fulfil the need of skilled and qualified personnel, every year Union Public Service Commission conducts the CPF examination once in a year. This examination is conducted at national level to find out talented and dynamic canddates countrywide. Union Public Service Commission conducts examination for Central Armed Police Forces (Assistant Commandant), Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF), Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), Indo Tibetan Border (ITBP), Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB), Border Security Force (BSF).

ABOUT THE COURSE
RAINBOW (6 Months Course)
This course is designed to develop all round personality of a candidate to cope with the circumstances that have to be faced during examination and after qualifying it. The duration of the course is 6 months. The course is strictly according to the norms and pattern of CPF Examination conducted by UPSC.
