Combined Defense Services is conducted by UPSC twice in a year i.e. in Febuary and September. The number of vacancies are appproximately 500 including IMA, OTA etc.
Eligibility Conditions (a) Nationality: A candidate must either be: a Citizen of India or subject of Bhutan or a subject of Nepal or a Tibetan refugee who came over to Indian before the 1st, January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India.
(b) Age Limit & Marital Status for IMA : unmarried male 19-24 years, for INA : unmarried male 19-24 years, IAF : unmarried male 19-23 years, for OTA : (MEN), married / unmarried male (19-25 years), for OTA : women unmarried/widows/divorcees (19-25 years)
